Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel an order anytime before it’s dispatched. Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled but may be rejected at the doorstep.

The cancellation window varies across different categories, and the order cannot be canceled once this specified time has passed. Details regarding the cancellation window are provided on the product page or order confirmation page and will be considered final.

In some cases, customers may incur a cancellation fee if the order is canceled after the specified time window. If a cancellation occurs from the seller due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

Mytrikart.com reserves the right to accept or decline order cancellations. We also reserve the right to waive or modify the cancellation window or fees from time to time.

Returns Policy

The returns policy is offered by respective sellers on Mytrikart.com, which includes options for exchange, replacement, and/or refund. Different categories may have varying return policies, and the returns/replacement policy on the product page will take precedence over the general returns policy. Please refer to the respective item’s return/replacement policy on the product page for any exceptions and the table below for detailed information:

Returns Pick-Up and Processing

In case of returns where item(s) need to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address. During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Correct Product IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
Complete Product All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.
Unused Product The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.
Undamaged Product The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged Packaging The product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met. Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.

General Rules for a Successful Return

– If the seller cannot process a replacement, a refund will be provided.

– For missing/damaged/defective accessories, the seller may process a replacement or issue an equivalent eGV at their discretion.

– Open box deliveries with different or damaged products will be eligible for refunds at the time of delivery.

– For products requiring installation, do not open the packaging by yourself. Mytrikart authorized personnel will assist in unboxing and installation.

– For furniture, issues will be checked by authorized service personnel and resolved by replacing faulty parts. Full replacements are provided if necessary.

– Mytrikart reserves the right to limit the number of returns per order unit, subject to evaluation by Mytrikart’s authorized representative.
