Why doesn’t the delivery date match the business days timeline?
Delivery dates may vary due to:
Holidays: If there is a holiday between the order date and the estimated delivery date, an extra day may be added.
Non-Operational Days: Some courier partners and Sellers do not operate on Sundays, affecting the delivery timeline.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time is based on:
Seller Processing: Sellers usually procure and ship items within the timeframe specified on the product page.
Business Days: Delivery times are calculated excluding public holidays and Sundays.
Factors affecting delivery time include:
- The Seller providing the product
- Product availability with the Seller
- The shipping destination and Seller’s location
Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi, etc.) on items sold by Sellers on Mytrikart?
No Hidden Charges: There are no hidden charges on Mytrikart purchases. The listed prices are final and all-inclusive.
Delivery Charges: Delivery charges may apply and are added separately based on the Seller’s shipping policy.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each Seller?
Different Sellers may have varying estimated delivery times due to:
- Product Availability
- Seller’s Location
- Shipping Destination
- Courier Partner’s Delivery Time

Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
To check if a product can be delivered to your location:
Enter Pincode: Use the pincode on the product page to verify delivery options. The pincode in your shipping address will be used if you haven’t entered it before checkout.
Factors affecting serviceability include:
- Seller’s shipping area
- Legal restrictions
- Availability of reliable courier partners
Sellers may choose not to ship to certain locations based on their discretion.
Why is the COD option not offered in my location?
The availability of Cash on Delivery (CoD) depends on:
Courier Capabilities: Our courier partners must be able to accept cash payments at delivery.
Cash Limits: Courier partners have limits on cash payments depending on the destination. Your order might exceed this limit.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
To arrange a return:
1. Initiate Return: Contact Us to start the return process. You will receive instructions via call.
2. Pick-Up: Ekart Logistics will handle the pick-up if possible. If not, use a third-party courier service. Return fees are covered by the Seller.
I did not receive my order but got a delivery confirmation SMS/Email.
If you received a delivery confirmation but did not receive your order:
Report Issue: Contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date for an investigation by the Seller.
What do the different tags like "In Stock", "Available" mean?
- In Stock: Items are available with specified delivery times based on your location. Delivery times can range from 2-6 business days or more, depending on the area.
- Available: The item may not be in stock but can be procured. Delivery time depends on procurement and shipping estimates.
- Preorder or forthcoming : Items can be pre-booked and will be shipped on the release day. Expect delivery in 2-6 business days after release.
- Out of Stock: The item is not available for purchase currently. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to be informed when it’s back in stock.
- Imported: Items sourced from outside India may take at least 10 days or more for delivery.
- On the shelf Soon: Popular items are sold out but can be pre-booked. Shipping will follow the Seller’s timelines.
- Temporarily Unavailable: The product is out of stock but may be available soon. Use the 'Notify Me' feature for updates.
- Laid off : The product is obsolete or production has ceased.
- Not on the market : The product is no longer published and has been permanently discontinued
Does Mytrikart deliver internationally?
Currently, mytrikart does not offer international delivery. You can make purchases from anywhere with credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries, but ensure your delivery address is within India.
