For products necessitating a prescription, order processing is contingent upon verification of a valid prescription. In the event of an invalid, illegible, expired, or missing prescription, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to facilitate a consultation with licensed medical professionals or teleconsultants who may, based on the information you provide and subject to their professional judgment, either rectify the existing prescription or issue a new one. This validation or issuance process will be initiated solely when deemed necessary.
