•Indian Trade Laws & Regulations: All sellers must ensure that their products comply with Indian e-commerce laws, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) regulations, and Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020.
•Customs & Import/Export Regulations: Any cross-border trade must adhere to customs, import, and export regulations.
•Taxation & GST Compliance: All sellers must comply with Goods and Services Tax (GST) requirements and ensure proper invoicing.
•Intellectual Property Rights (IPR): Products listed must not violate trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
•Product Safety & Standards: All products must meet Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and other applicable safety regulations.
 
4. Prohibited & Restricted Products
 
The following items are strictly prohibited on Mytrikart:
•Counterfeit goods: Fake, replica, or unauthorized branded products.
•Illegal items: Items banned under Indian laws, including narcotics, weapons, explosives, and wildlife products.

5. Seller Responsibilities
 
•Accurate Product Listings: All product descriptions, pricing, and images must be truthful and not misleading.
•Proper Documentation: Sellers must maintain records of invoices, purchase orders, and supplier details for regulatory compliance.
•Fair Trade Practices: Sellers must not engage in price manipulation, false advertising, or unfair competition.
 
6. Anti-Money Laundering & Financial Compliance
 
Mytrikart strictly prohibits money laundering, fraud, and financial crimes. Any suspicious transactions may be reported to regulatory authorities.
 
7. Cross-Border Trade Regulations
 
For international sellers and buyers, the following must be ensured:
•Compliance with Foreign Trade Policy (FTP): Adherence to India’s Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) rules.
•Customs & Duties: Proper declaration of customs duties and adherence to import/export documentation.
•Sanctions & Embargoes: No transactions with entities or individuals under government sanctions.

•Penalties for Non-Compliance: Violations may result in warnings, penalties, delisting of products, or permanent account suspension.
